液力偶合器不充油就不能傳遞動力?

液力偶合器內無任何直接的機械連接,完全依靠液體的動能來傳遞動力;如果不充液,偶合器內的泵輪與渦輪便沒有連接的介質。泵輪轉而渦輪不轉,輸入端與輸出端便不能偶合連接,也就無法傳遞轉矩和功率,所以偶合器一定要按規定正確充液。

液力偶合器傳遞動力的能力為什么大體上與充液率成正比?因為液力偶合器是依靠液體的動能傳遞動力的,所以在規定的充液范圍內,充液越多傳遞動力越大,充液越少傳遞動力越小。液力偶合器傳遞功率的能力大體上與其充液率成正比。
